Invalid Phone Number - We have received feedback that a common error during checkout is invalid phone number.

1) How to place orders?

Method 1 - (Online Shopping Cart)
Browse through our products via our online website.Simply add items to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". You can change the quantity desired before adding to your cart.Click on the shopping cart icon above the search box to see your cart details.Proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping details.Choose your most preferred shipping and payment method and proceed to check out.

Method 2 - (Order By Email)
You may send your orders by emails to sales@nextgen-zone.comPlease include your Name, Contact Details, Product Name, Product ID and Quantity you wish to order.Wait for our payment request email and make payments upon confirmation of orders.

2) Payments


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both online/offline payment methods.

OfflinePayments
We accept bank transfers via ATM / Internet Banking. Payments should be made to (DBS Savings Plus: 017-4-077658) after the checkout process. Upon completion of payments, you may be requested to email your transaction details to sales@nextgen-zone.com in the following format:-- Order no.- Amount paid- Transaction reference no.- Date/Time of payment.

Online Payments
We accept online payments via PayPal. Easily make payments through credit cards or even your available PayPal balance.Is my credit card information safe?We do not store your credit card information. Your financial information is protected by PayPal with industry leading security and fraud prevention system.

3) Shipping & Delivery


What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via Singpopore Post. Orders are normally shipped by Singpost Normal & Registered mail.

Singpost Normal Mail
Orders that qualifies for FREE shipping are delivered by Singpost Normal mail to your mailbox. This service does not provide any tracking service.

Singpost Registered Mail
Customers may opt for Registered Mail option during checkout for a small fee. This service provides doorstep delivery with tracking features.

How much is the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout. At the checkout page, you will be able to select and view the shipping method and cost.

How do I track my orders?
Customers who opted for Registered Mail will be provided with a tracking number (e.g. RR672819092SG). You may visit www.singpost.com to track your orders with the tracking number provided.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery will normally take 2~4 working days(excluding Sat, Sun & PH) to reach you from the date your order is shipped out. However, do expect shipping delays during festive seasons.

What happens if no one is at home when delivery is made?
A delivery advice will normally be placed underneath the door or in your mailbox. It contains information for collecting your parcel from a designated post office or rescheduling for another delivery. You may also collect your parcel from the post office with the necessary documents (NRIC & Delivery Advice).

4) Order Status


How do I know if my orders have been received?
When you have successfully placed your order online, you will automatically receive an email notification with your order number containing details of your order. If you have selected offline payment methods, you will receive a confirmation email only upon receipt of payments.

How can I check on my order status?
You will receive an email notification when your orders have been processed and shipped out. You may also log in to your user account with your email and password during sign up to check on your order status.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time before your order has been shipped out. Please contact us and indicate your order number you wish to cancel. A refund will be issued within 2-3 working days to the same account and method of pament used when placing the order.

5) User Accounts


Do I need to create an account?
You will be required to create an account before placing an order. You can automatically create an account during checkout or simply click on my account link on the top right hand to create an account. By creating an account, it allows you to check your order status and update your shipping address.

I've forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the my account link at the top right hand corner. Enter your email address on the reset password section. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

6) Warranty & Returns


Product Warranty
Various products carries different warranty terms as per brands guidelines and policy. Warranty period and information is provided on each product page. Customers are strongly advised to retain issued receipt and product packaging to claim warranty. Warranty is provided directly from manufacturer or authorized distributor.

Returns
We accept returns for faulty products only within 7 days upon receiving. You may email to support@nextgen-zone.com for instructions to return faulty products. Faulty products will be replaced with identical product subject to availability of stock or refunds of the product price will be issued whichever deemed fit. Do take note that return shipping charges will not be refunded.

7) Stocks


Out of Stock
An out of stock message will appear on the product page when stocks run out. Should the item you ordered be sold out, you will be contacted for a refund or placed with back order list should you wish to wait for the stocks to arrive.

Pre orders
From time to time, we do provide pre-orders for new products or during product promotional period. More information will be provided on the product page regarding item available date and shipping advice.
